Today was just abysmal. Didn't finish morning work because my hands hurt too badly to do more than 2 barely kipping pull ups at a time, and barely did afternoon work. Just did the Olympic lifting accessory work, and all of it felt super heavy. I'm going to take tomorrow and Friday off, maybe do something super light on Friday. I have to recover before the competition on the 6th.
