A. Snatch DL + hang snatch high pull + snatch; 1.1.1 x4-5 sets; rest 3-4 min- not TnG, perfect mechanics focus 55, a couple things coming together on this. Not perfect, but better.

B. 12 min emom-

even: burpee pull ups x6
this was a little bastard--far harder than I anticipated!

A.
Three sets, not for time, of:
Tempo Muscle-Ups x 3-6 reps
(pause for 1 full second in the receiving position of the transition – bottom of the dip, then pause for 2 full seconds at the top of the movement – full elbow extension with pinkies to thighs)
Unbroken Double-Unders x 40-50 reps
(set your goal number and establish a good consistent rhythm to keep unbroken each set)
L-Sit x 30-45 seconds
Just worked on mu on the ring thing.

B.

6 front rack lunge 95# UB easy
3 rope climbs ~30-60 sec between each climb, no fails
400 m run felt like a vacation
33:36, HSPU and C2B were my downfall
